Study & Prepare for launching programs of new products and implement follow up procedures •Monitor stocks inventory to support special marketing events •Educate sales force on new products and their equivalent in the market, as well as monitors their movement / area through daily sales reports. •Assist sales towards selling strategic items, analyze & recommend corrective actions on product sales performance vs. forecast •Monitors all BTL activities relative to product line and briefs suppliers to develop communication materials •Monitors regularly marketing budget & aligns with sales on trade budget so to avoid overspend and assure consistency with brand’s P&L •Monitors sales figures in comparison with the quarterly and yearly operation plan to indicate over achievements or gaps and accordingly take the required actions •Come up with new ideas to improve quality standards, and plan projects on quarterly basis, Preparing the product line plan ,the targets and monitoring P&L for the product line •Gives product knowledge presentations and trainings for sales managers and their sales team Market Assignments • Conduct call cycles weekly, including remote areas to follow up availability and visibility •Analyzing retail audit figures and consumer research to take actions accordingly •Conduct SWOT analysis per area/segment, Product Availability, in addition to Market Moves /Trends and Reactions Consumer Requirements
